It’s not supported to use a video background for a section in 8b.
To add a video to your page, please add a special section with a video element first. At this time, only YouTube videos can be used.
Open the Sections panel: click on the Add Section to Page button.
You can add a special header section with a video, or a header with a video pop-up. Also, you can find sections with video elements in Images & Videos, and Articles lists.
Open the Section parameters panel to set the link to your YouTube video.
